<![CDATA[Pakuwon agro-tourism is a tourist destination in Pajambon Village that has characteristics of guava, vegetable, and flower plantations as its main attraction. The development made for less than a year (2024-2025) have been progressed in the form of recreational activities. The problem that village stakeholders feel that agro-tourism plantations activities are not optimal due to seasonal influence and climate dependency therefore tourists could not experience the educational-based agro-tourism activities. The research aims to examine the potentials and opportunities for development of educational agro-tourism based activities as a diversification of products to minimize seasonal dependence and climate factors. The 4A’s product components (Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility, Ancillary) and educational methods (observation, interaction and direct experience) are the focus of this research. Qualitative descriptive method is used with potential analysis techniques and opportunities to study Pakuwon agro-tourism developed with educational agro-tourism concept. The results of this study found that Pakuwon agro-tourism has the potential opportunity to be developed into an educational agro-tourism activities with diversification of agro-tourism based on observation program activities, interaction program activities, and direct experience program activities.
