Digital transformation in education demands the strengthening of technological literacy and 21st-century skills among students. This community service program aimed to enhance junior high school students' basic programming logic and practical web design skills at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. The training was conducted luring using a Project-Based Learning approach over two sessions ( total). A one-group pre-test and post-test design was implemented on students. Evaluation results demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in student knowledge ( ). The mean score increased from in the pre-test to in the post-test, representing a improvement. The average Normalized Gain ( ) score reached , categorized as moderate/effective. Furthermore, of participant groups successfully created static HTML/CSS web portfolio landing pages.
