Achievement Pressure dan Academic Dishonesty: Moderasi oleh Tingkat Religiusitas Mahasiswa

Academic dishonesty behavior is one form of ethical violation in the world of education that is increasingly common among students. This study aims to determine the effect of achievement pressure on academic dishonesty, as well as the role of religiosity as a moderating variable in this relationship. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The subjects in this study were 350 active students domiciled in Surabaya. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between achievement pressure on academic dishonesty behavior (β = 0.74697; p < 0.001). Meanwhile, religiosity had a negative and significant effect on academic dishonesty (β = -0.18762; p < 0.001), which means that the higher the religiosity, the lower the tendency to commit academic fraud. However, the results of the interaction analysis showed that religiosity did not moderate the relationship between achievement pressure and academic dishonesty (β = -0.000159; p = 0.608). Keywords: Academic Dishonesty; Achievement Pressure; Religiosity Perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik (Academic Dishonesty) merupakan salah satu bentuk pelanggaran etika dalam dunia pendidikan yang semakin sering terjadi di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengauh antara tekanan prestasi (Achievement Pressure) terhadap ketidakjujuran akademik (Academic Dishonesty), serta peran religiusitas sebagai variabel yang memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 350 mahasiswa aktif yang berdomisili di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara tekanan prestasi terhadap perilaku ketidakjujuran akademik (β = 0,74697; p < 0,001). Sementara itu, religiusitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketidakjujuran akademik (β = -0,18762; p < 0,001), yang berarti semakin tinggi religiusitas, semakin rendah kecenderungan untuk melakukan kecurangan akademik. Namun, hasil analisis interaksi menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas tidak memoderasi hubungan antara tekanan prestasi dan Academic Dishonesty (β = -0,000159; p = 0,608).
