<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of curriculum management and professional development on the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 7 Cilegon. This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique. Respondents in this study amounted to 53 teachers of SMP Negeri 7 Cilegon. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²) tests, t tests, and F tests with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that partially curriculum management has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning, with a t<sub>count</sub> value of 1.906 which is greater than the t<sub>table</sub> of 1.675, and a significance value of 0.043 (<0.05). Professional development also has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning, with a t<sub>count</sub> value of 2.000 which is greater than the t<sub>table</sub> of 1.675, and a significance value of 0.004 (<0.05). Simultaneously, curriculum management and professional development have a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning, with an F<sub>count</sub> value of 34.493 which is greater than the F<sub>table</sub> of 3.18, and a significance value of 0.004 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.389 indicates that curriculum management and professional development together contribute 38.9% to the quality of learning, while the remaining 61.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.]]>
