<![CDATA[Irrational antibiotic use is one of the main causes of antibiotic resistance, which impacts public health. Lack of knowledge about the proper use of antibiotics is a risk factor for misuse, especially among adolescents. This community service activity aims to assess the effectiveness of health education in improving students' knowledge of the rational use of antibiotics at Samarinda Health Vocational School. The methods used included interactive lectures, discussions, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests using closed-ended questionnaires. The activity was carried out offline on October 15, 2025, involving 11th grade students. The results showed an increase in student knowledge after the education, with a statistically significant difference in pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.001). This indicates that health education is effective in increasing student understanding and awareness of the dangers of antibiotic resistance as an early prevention effort in the school environment.]]>
