<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) and employee competence on the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Mamuju Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of citizens receiving services at Disdukcapil Mamuju and all of its employees. Using purposive sampling, 100 citizen respondents and 30 employees were selected. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The results show that: (1) SIAK implementation has a positive and significant effect on public service quality; (2) employee competence has a positive and significant effect on public service quality, and is the dominant variable; and (3) SIAK implementation and employee competence simultaneously affect public service quality with a contribution of 72.4%. The study concludes that the more optimal the SIAK implementation and the higher the employee competence, the better the quality of public services at Disdukcapil Mamuju. Therefore, technological investment must be balanced with continuous human resource capacity building.]]>
