<![CDATA[A prominent economic activity in Saumlaki City is the processing of fishery products—specifically the production and sale of salted fish—which serves as a source of income for fishing families to meet their daily needs, particularly for salted fish traders at Omele Market in the South Tanimbar District, Tanimbar Islands Regency. The objective of this activity is to provide business management training, including financial record-keeping, to these business operators. It is hoped that through this Community Partnership Program (PKM), the MSMEs involved will be able to increase their productivity and income. The activity is conducted in three stages: the Preparation Stage, involving an initial survey of business operators to identify issues related to the salted fish business; the Implementation Stage, involving training and mentoring for traders on business management concepts covering production, marketing, and finance; and the Monitoring and Evaluation Stage, involving the oversight of the implementation of these management practices. This community service initiative aims to equip business operators with the understanding and knowledge needed to apply fisheries agribusiness management, thereby making their salted fish businesses more productive and sustainable.]]>
