Abstrak - Sistem presensi berbasis sidik jari di PT Infiniti Putera Omega memiliki kendala antrean, kegagalan sensor, dan tidak dapat mencatat kehadiran karyawan yang berdinas di luar kantor. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem presensi mobile berbasis Android menggunakan geofencing dan mekanisme deteksi manipulasi lokasi (fake GPS) untuk mengatasi kerentanan keamanan pada presensi jarak jauh. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agile dengan backend FastAPI dan basis data PostgreSQL. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan pada 1 perangkat Android menggunakan skenario lokasi valid, lokasi di luar radius 120 meter, dan penggunaan aplikasi mock location. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mendeteksi dan memblokir 100% percobaan presensi menggunakan fake GPS pada perangkat non-root. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi geofencing dengan deteksi fake GPS berbasis mock location provider untuk menjamin integritas data lokasi. Kata kunci : Android; Geofencing; Deteksi Fake GPS; FastAPI; Presensi; Abstract - The fingerprint-based attendance system at PT Infiniti Putera Omega faces issues such as queues, sensor failures, and the inability to record the attendance of employees working off-site. This study aims to develop an Android-based mobile attendance system utilizing geofencing and a location manipulation detection mechanism (fake GPS) to address security vulnerabilities in remote attendance. The system was developed using the Agile methodology with a FastAPI backend and a PostgreSQL database. System evaluation was conducted on 1 Android device using scenarios involving valid locations, locations outside the 120-meter radius, and the use of mock location applications. The test results indicate that the system is capable of detecting and blocking 100% of attendance attempts using fake GPS on non-rooted devices. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of geofencing with mock location provider-based fake GPS detection to ensure the integrity of location data.
