This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and job stress on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in the Greater Bandung area. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 127 respondents selected through purposive sampling and quota sampling with proportional allocation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that, partially, work-life balance does not have a significant effect on turnover intention, whereas job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, work-life balance and job stress have a significant effect on turnover intention. The findings suggest that job stress is a more dominant factor than work-life balance in influencing Generation Z employees' intention to leave their organizations. The study highlights the importance for organizations to implement effective job stress management strategies and foster a work environment that supports work-life balance in order to improve the retention of Generation Z employees.
