This study aims to examine the correlation between employees' perceptions of transformational leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of PLN Sidikalang. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population and sample consisted of all 50 employees of PLN Sidikalang. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data were collected using psychological scales based on a Likert-type scale, consisting of a transformational leadership style perception scale and an Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between perceptions of transformational leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.987 and a significance level of p = 0.000 ( 0.01). This finding indicates that the more positive employees' perceptions of transformational leadership style, the higher their Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Conversely, less positive perceptions of transformational leadership style are associated with lower levels of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The coefficient of determination was R² = 0.975, indicating that 97.5% of the variance in OCB scores in the linear relationship was associated with variance in transformational leadership style perception scores, while the remaining 2.5% was associated with other factors not examined in this study. Descriptively, both perceptions of transformational leadership style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among PLN Sidikalang employees were categorized as moderate.
