<![CDATA[This study explores the role of 'Aisyiyah women in West Kalimantan, especially in Pontianak City, in providing social benefits based on progressive Islamic values. Women 'Aisyiyah are positioned as one of the driving forces of social change, especially in the field of education and strengthening the people's economy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to social situations, with data collection techniques through participant observation and in-depth interviews with informants who are active in organizational activities. The results of the study show that 'Aisyiyah women are able to carry out multidimensional roles simultaneously, namely as housewives, career actors, and da'wah leaders. Furthermore, the findings of the study indicate that this role contributes significantly to increasing women's participation in public spaces and the building of an inclusive social network through the synergy of programs with the government and other women's organizations. This synergy strengthens the position of women as agents of social change that contribute to the educational and economic development of the community in West Kalimantan.]]>
