Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui layanan informasi dalam meningkatkan penyesuaian diri warga binaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan (LPP) Kelas II A Pontianak. Secara khusus, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap: (1) Penyesuaian diri warga binaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan (LPP) Kelas II A Pontianak sebelum diadakan layanan informasi; (2) Pemberian materi layanan informasi pada warga binaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan (LPP) Kelas II A Pontianak; (3) Penyesuaian Diri warga binaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan (LPP) Kelas II A Pontianak sesudah diadakan layanan informasi; dan (4) efektivitas keberhasilan layanan informasi dalam meningkatkan penyesuaian diri warga binaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan (LPP) kelas II A Pontianak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Tingkat penyesuaian diri warga binaan perempuan kelas eksperimen rendah, dengan nilai rata-rata pretest 64%. Sedangkan kelas kontrol juga sama rendah, dengan nilai rata-rata pretest 67%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perlu diadakan layanan informasi untuk meningkatkan penyesuaian diri warga binaan perempuan pada kelas eksperimen; 2) Pemberian materi layanan informasi sebanyak empat kali dengan materi yang berbeda setiap pertemuan; 3) Setelah dilaksanakan layanan informasi pada kelas eksperimen, maka didapatkan nilai rata-rata posttest 77%. Terdapat peningkatan penyesuaian diri warga binaan setelah diberikan layanan layanan informasi sebesar 13%. Akan tetapi kelas kontrol memiliki tingkat kategori rendah, dengan nilai rata-rata posttest 65% dan penurunan sebanyak 2% penyesuaian diri. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa sebenarnya kelas kontrol juga memerlukan layanan informasi, agar dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan penyesuaian diri.

Abstract

Abstract: Ditching is the act of students not attending school without a clear explanation. This study aims to reveal how the strategies, actions and the level of success of the strategies and actions taken by BK teachers against students skipping school. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data sources of this study consisted of primary sources, namely 1 BK teacher, and secondary sources of 5 students. The technique of collecting data is direct communication to both primary and secondary sources with interview guidelines, then using observation and documentation techniques. The analysis of the discussion is that the BK teacher makes a strategy by making a letter of agreement or a contract of punishment, by providing individual or group counseling services as well as providing punishment in accordance with the contract agreement. The success of these strategies and actions provides a deterrent effect to students, so that students do not take truant action again.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to discuss the efforts of the West Kalimantan Regional Child Protection Commission in dealing with sexual violence against minors. The method used in collecting data in writing this article is a combination of field study methods with literature studies. Sexual violence is an act that is intentional and can harm victims who are children, both physically and psychologically. The role of the West Kalimantan Regional Child Protection and Supervision Commission is very much needed in handling cases of minors, especially on the issue of sexual crimes. Furthermore, parents should also be involved in handling minimal sexual violence by teaching children to recognize, refuse, and report potential threats of sexual violence if it occurs to them. Finally, parents should also have good emotional attachment and also support children legally if sexual violence occurs so that the perpetrators of sexual violence roaming the community can be punished accordingly for their behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims: To find out the activities carried out by social cadres in supporting theprocess Recovery for people with mental disorders, to find out the efforts made by social cadres in supporting theprocesswith Mental Disorders. Recovery for People Mental Disorders at Sungai Ambawang Kuala Social Welfare Institution, Kubu Raya Regency. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques in this study are observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation. The results of this study conclude that, the activities carried out by social cadres in supporting theprocess Recovery for ODGJ patients still include daily activities, such as guiding patients to carry out their personal needs independently and working together to clean up the surrounding environment. Efforts made by social cadres are bringing patients for check-up every month at Sungai Bangkong Hospital or Singkawang Hospital, giving medicine to patients, and building patient trust in social cadres by treating patients well, so that patients do not feel afraid and isolated.

Abstract

Hubungan Masyarakat merupakan aktivitas komunikasi dua arah antara perusahaan/lembaga dengan publiknya. Strategi Hubungan Masyarakat sangat penting sebagai layanan publik untuk memberikan informasi yang jelas dan sesuai fakta yang ada diperusahaan, lembaga pemerintahan maupun organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Hubungan Masyarakat, hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dan cara mengatasi hambatan oleh Hubungan Masyarakat Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Mempawah dalam Memberikan Informasi tentang Pembangunan Daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)Strategi yang dilakukan Hubungan Masyarakat Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Mempawah dalam Memberikan Informasi Tentang Pembangunan Daerah yaitu: menampung informasi yang sudah di dapatkan di lapangan terlebih dahulu kemudian di seberluaskan melalui media sosial yaitu facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube dan website akun resmi yang dimiliki oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Mempawah, media cetak, media televisi dan videotron, 2) Hambatan yang dihadapi Hubungan Masyarakat Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Mempawah dalam memberikan informasi tentang pembangunan daerah yaitu data dan dokumentasi, waktu, aplikasi dan jaringan internet, narasi. 3) Cara Hubungan Masyarakat Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Mempawah untuk mengatasi hambatan yang dihadapi dalam memberikan informasi tentang pembangunan daerah yaitu: koordinasi antara tim, kerja tim atau kerja satu kesatuan Keywords : Strategi Hubungan Masyarakat, Informasi, Pembangunan Daerah

Abstract

Effective and efficient Hajj services require a structured performance management system. This study aims to identify and analyze the stages of performance management, including planning, management, evaluation, and appreciation, in the Hajj services at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Kubu Raya Regency. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. Data validity was ensured through triangulation. The findings indicate that Hajj services have been implemented systematically in accordance with performance management stages, beginning with the preparation of a Performance Agreement (PERKIN) as the planning stage, routine management by the head of the organizer supported by the Integrated Hajj Computerization Information System (SISKOHAT), and structured evaluations for continuous improvement. Employee performance is appreciated through awards in the form of certificates or plaques. These findings imply that a comprehensive performance management implementation can enhance the quality of public services, particularly in the administration of Hajj and Umrah. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of digital information systems throughout all stages of Hajj service performance management at the regency level.
