<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and occupational health and safety (K3) on the productivity of production employees at PT Karya Pemuda Bangsa. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is all production employees totaling 33 people through saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS statistics 26. The results of the study show the relationship between variables partially and simultaneously, namely: 1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. 2) occupational health and safety (K3) have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. 3) the work environment and occupational health and safety (K3) together have a significant effect on employee productivity with a significance value. Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas karyawan bagian produksi pada PT karya pemuda bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Popilasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan produksi yang berjumlah 33 orang melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan 0bservasi,wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisoner kemudian data dianalisisi menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan IBM SPSS statistic 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan antar variabel secara parsial dan simultan, yaitu: 1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. 2) keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. 3) lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan Kesehatan kerja (K3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi.]]>
