The production of large chili peppers in Tasikmalaya City is still lower than that of other regencies/cities in West Java. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase large chili production in Tasikmalaya City. One policy recommendation that can be implemented is the development of partnerships between farmers and industry. This study aims to describe the partnership pattern implemented by the Lembah Pasir Mas Association and its partners, analyze the income of Lembah Pasir Mas and its partners, and analyze the feasibility of large chili farming. The research was conducted at the Lembah Pasir Mas Association, Urug Village, Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City. The research method used was a case study with analytical tools including descriptive analysis, income analysis, and R/C ratio analysis. The results show that the partnership pattern implemented between the Lembah Pasir Mas Association and its partners is a inti–plasma partnership model, in which the Lembah Pasir Mas Association acts as the inti and the partners act as the plasma. Income analysis indicates that large chili farming generates a profit of IDR 124,926,025. The income distribution is based on a 60:40 profit-sharing system, resulting in plasma income of IDR 74,955,615, while the income of the inti is IDR 49,970,410. The R/C ratio analysis shows that large chili farming under the partnership scheme is financially feasible with an R/C value of 2.50. Plasma have the highest R/C value of 3.14, while the inti has the lowest R/C value of 2.03.
