<![CDATA[Implementation of Personnel Data Management to Support Human Resource Administration Performance at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency This report is based on an internship at the Human Resources Bureau of the Ministry of ATR/BPN from September 8–October 10, 2025, focusing on the implementation of employee data management to support HR administration performance. A descriptive qualitative method was used through direct observation and involvement in file sorting, BAST data entry, scanning, and archiving. Findings show that employee data management still faces challenges due to reliance on physical documents, manual processes, and suboptimal digitalization. Based on these findings, a change project titled "Digitalization and Integration of Employee Data (DIGI-SDM)" is proposed, implementing a Document Management System integrated with SIASN/MyASN to improve the efficiency and accuracy of HR administration.]]>
