Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the importance of optimizing student management in early childhood education (ECE) as an approach to improving the quality of education programs. Student management is an important element that plays a role in supporting the overall growth of children, including cognitive, social, emotional, motoric, and spiritual dimensions. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method (library research), relying on primary and secondary data from various reliable sources to build a theoretical basis and conceptual framework.The results of the study indicate that optimal student management is determined by the principles, objectives, functions, and scope that are implemented professionally and in an integrated manner. In addition, cooperation between teachers, parents, and the community plays a major role in creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. The active involvement of all parties, as reflected in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), strengthens the synergy between home and school. Supporting factors such as the active role of teachers and structured activity planning contribute to the success of student management. However, there are still challenges such as limited facilities, low enthusiasm for learning, and minimal parental participation. Therefore, an adaptive, collaborative organizational approach is needed, and is able to appreciate the uniqueness of each child. Thus, strengthening the management of learners in Early Childhood Education (ECE) is a strategic step in creating an efficient, sustainable, and holistically child-growth-oriented learning system.

Abstract

The Effect of Risk Perception and Consumptive Lifestyle on Fintech Lending Interest with Ease of Access as a Moderation Variable in Prigen Pasuruan District The main problem in the use of fintech lending is how risk perception and a consumptive lifestyle affect public interest in online loan applications, especially in Prigen District, Pasuruan. This study aims to analyze the influence of these two variables on the interest in using fintech lending, with ease of access as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on 96 respondents who are active users of online loan applications. The analysis was carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) through WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results show that risk perception and a consumptive lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on fintech lending interest. This means that despite the risks, convenience and benefits still attract user interest. A consumptive lifestyle also encourages impulsive use of fintech lending. However, ease of access is proven to negatively moderate the relationship between a consumptive lifestyle and interest, so too easy access can reduce the influence of a consumptive lifestyle. Meanwhile, ease of access does not moderate the relationship between risk perception and interest. This study recommends that fintech service providers place more emphasis on risk education and responsibility in using the service.

Abstract

AUDIT OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION AT THE SAMSAT KELAPA DUA TANGERANG OFFICE USING THE COBIT 5 FRAMEWORK This research aims to audit the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) Administration at the SAMSAT Kelapa Dua Tangerang Office using the COBIT 5 framework. The main objective is to evaluate system performance, identify potential problems, and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Administration governance at the office. The research method was conducted through direct observation, interviews with relevant parties, and analysis of primary and secondary data. The results show that several processes for IT human resource management (APO07), risk management (APO12), and IT service operations (DSS01) are still not fully documented, standardized, or systematically managed. The average capability level is between 1 and 2, indicating that processes are only performed without formal controls. Based on these results, it is recommended that the SAMSAT Kelapa Dua Tangerang office improve IT process documentation and standardization, strengthen employee training, and implement stricter monitoring and evaluation systems to achieve higher capability levels.

Abstract

THIS TITLE OF ARTICLES IN ENGLISH VERSION (Title Have To Use Capital Initial Letter, 10 pt Bold Font) Abstract. Abstract: Cognitive development is an important aspect of early childhood education (ECE) that influences children's readiness for the next level of education. However, the cognitive development of children at KB Tunas Bangsa is still considered low due to conventional teaching methods. This study aims to examine the effect of playdough media on the cognitive development of science in Group B children at KB Tunas Bangsa. The method used is quantitative research with a pre-experimental design, specifically the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of the study includes all students in Group B, with subjects taken purposively totaling 15 children. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation focusing on cognitive aspects, including similarities, differences, classification, and cause-and-effect relationships. Data analysis was conducted using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired sample t-tests. The results showed an increase in the average pretest score from 64 to 86 in the posttest. The t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha. This indicates that the use of playdough media has a significant effect on the cognitive development of science in Group B children at KB Tunas Bangsa

Abstract

DESIGN OF A WEB-BASED GUEST BOOK INFORMATION SYSTEM AT THE FACULTY OF COMPUTER SCIENCE, BINA BANGSA UNIVERSITY USING THE LARAVEL FRAMEWORK Abstract. The advancement of information technology encourages higher education institutions to optimize administrative services digitally, including guest registration and academic document requests at the faculty level. This study aims to design a web-based guest book information system that supports two main features: lecturer appointment requests and academic document submissions. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. Built with the Laravel framework, the system also integrates WhatsApp-based notifications. Test results indicate that the system performs well and is positively received by users. The system effectively improves administrative service efficiency, reduces queues, and ensures structured documentation. In conclusion, the implementation of this system contributes significantly to enhancing the quality of academic services at the faculty level.

Abstract

DESIGN OF A WEB-BASED HALL RENTAL INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR PGRI CIRUAS USING LARAVEL FRAMEWORK The manual rental process of the PGRI Ciruas Hall has caused several problems, including limited access to information, uncentralized data, delayed confirmations and inefficient transaction handling. This study aimed to design and develop a web-based information system to streamline and enhance the hall rental process. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, involving stages such as needs analysis, literature study, system design, implementation and testing. It was built using the Laravel framework and supports user registration with email verification, login, online booking, multiple payment methods, facility selection, Google Maps location, rental history and WhatsApp chat support. On the admin side, it features rental data management, facility control, payment verification (automated and manual), and downloadable reports in PDF or Excel format. Black-box testing showed that the system operated as expected in both user and admin modules. The results indicate that this system improves rental service efficiency, ensures accurate data management and provides a user-friendly platform accessible anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE THROUGH WORK DISCIPLINE This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on teacher performance, with work discipline as an intervening variable. The research involved 30 teachers at Tiara Nusa Permata Education Foundation in Palembang, selected using a saturated sampling technique. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that both work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. They also significantly influence work discipline. Work discipline significantly mediates the relationship between work environment and teacher performance, but does not significantly mediate the relationship between work motivation and teacher performance. These findings suggest that fostering a supportive work environment and building disciplined behavior are key strategies for improving teacher performance. The results can serve as a basis for formulating human resource management policies in private educational institutions.

Abstract

BLENDED LEARNING CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES AND EFFICIENCY FACTORS IN THE LEARNING PROCESS IN HIGHER EDUCATION Digitalization and technology have significantly impacted education, particularly blended learning models. This model combines offline and online learning, increasing flexibility and effectiveness using digital resources. However, blended learning poses challenges in adjusting to virtual or offline learning, adapting technology, and evaluating learning outcomes. Effectiveness in blended learning depends on infrastructure, such as technology, internet access, student engagement, and time management. Understanding these challenges and challenges can help develop solutions for optimal learning experiences for students. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of blended learning and provide solutions for improved learning experiences. Abstract

The goal of research is to use the systematic literature review (SLR) method to conduct a systematic investigation. "A scientific strategy that limits bias to the systematic collection, critical appraisal, and synthesis of all relevant research studies on a particular topic" is what systematic reviews aim to do. A systematic literature review's main objective is to decrease bias and facilitate improved decision-making by presenting pooled evidence using reliable, pre-established methodologies. in order to compile a thorough understanding of the evaluation of elementary school pupils' reading comprehension abilities. The research topic employed in the study "reading comprehension ability, reading comprehension ability in schools, reading comprehension ability of elementary school students" was determined by the year of publication, education level, class level, and indexing by the international journal Scopus. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design. "A scientific strategy that limits bias to the systematic collection, critical appraisal, and synthesis of all relevant research studies on a particular topic" is what systematic reviews aim to implement. PRISMA is the methodology used in this investigation. PRISMA techniques for meta-analyses and systematic reviews. Meta-analysis use statistical tools to examine combinations of various research items relevant to the same research issue, whereas systematic literature reviews focus on the identification, selection, and critical evaluation of research items. Three steps make up the selection process: inclusion, screening, and identification.Publication statistics over the last five years, from 2019 to 2023, show an annual growth in reading comprehension studies. There was no discernible rise between 2021 and 2022. There were 764 articles about reading comprehension skills in 2023, which is the most study on the subject. Numerous studies have emphasised how crucial it is to start building reading comprehension abilities early on in life as a means of ensuring academic achievement in elementary school. The application of cutting-edge teaching strategies and techniques that can help elementary school-aged children become more proficient readers is also receiving a lot of attention. In order to improve reading comprehension skills, the study suggests conducting more research on expectancy-value theory, including experimental investigations and in-depth qualitative studies involving culturally varied groups

Abstract

The quality of university graduates is increasingly determined not only by academic achievement but also by the integration of character values within institutional management systems. This study aims to analyze and develop an integrative model of character education management implemented in the Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD), Universitas Pakuan, Indonesia. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation processes of character-based education management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis involving program leaders, lecturers, and students. Data analysis was conducted using interactive analysis techniques, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that character education management in the PGSD Program is structured through three major pillars: academic excellence, professional ethics, and socio-cultural responsibility. The management model integrates character values into curriculum design, teaching-learning processes, co-curricular activities, and institutional governance. Strategic planning is aligned with the program’s vision and outcome-based education (OBE) framework, while supervision is conducted through continuous monitoring of student performance and behavioral indicators. The study reveals that a systemic-integrative approach to character education management contributes significantly to the development of high-quality graduates who demonstrate pedagogical competence, moral integrity, collaborative skills, and community engagement. This research offers a conceptual framework for strengthening graduate quality through institutionalized character education management in higher education settings.
