This study aims to: (1) determine the interaction between Magau organic fertilizer and Permata Super NPK liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on the growth and yield of purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L.), (2) determine the effect of Magau organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of purple eggplant, and (3) determine the effect of Permata Super NPK POC on the growth and yield of purple eggplant. The research was conducted from March to July 2025 at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Madako University Tolitoli. The method used was a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor was the application of Magau organic fertilizer (P), consisting of three treatment levels: P0 (control), P1 (1.5 kg/plot or 187.5 g/plant), and P2 (2 kg/plot or 250 g/plant). The second factor was the application of Permata Super NPK POC (N), also consisting of three treatment levels: N0 (control), N1 (6 ml/L water/plot), and N2 (10 ml/L water/plot). There were 9 treatment combinations with 3 replications, resulting in 27 experimental units. Each plot consisted of 8 main plants with 4 sample plants, resulting in a total of 216 main plants and 108 sample plants. The results showed that the single application of both Magau organic fertilizer and Permata Super NPK POC significantly affected most of the growth and yield parameters. The P2 treatment resulted in higher plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, fruit length, and fruit weight compared to P1 and P0. A significant interaction was observed between the two fertilizers, with the P2N2 combination providing the most optimal vegetative and generative growth, increasing the number of fruits to 40.25 fruits/plant, fruit length to 21.58 cm, and producing the highest fruit weight compared to other treatments.
