The Merpati Putih Women's Group on Langkai Island processes fishery products into value-added products; however, its sales activities have been conducted conventionally without standardized operating procedures. This condition has resulted in inconsistent customer service, transaction recording, and order management. This community service program aimed to develop and assist the implementation of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the sales process to strengthen the group's business management capacity. A participatory approach was employed through problem identification, SOP development, training and socialization, implementation assistance, and monitoring and evaluation. The results showed that a sales SOP covering order receipt, transaction recording, payment confirmation, product packaging, product delivery, and customer complaint handling was successfully developed and implemented. The assistance program improved members' understanding of standardized work procedures, enhanced administrative management, and promoted more consistent customer service. The implementation of the SOP is expected to strengthen business governance, improve the competitiveness of processed fishery products, and support the sustainability of the Merpati Putih Women's Group on Langkai Island.
