The Community Service Program (PkM) “KAFEGAMA Berbagi: Guyub Rukun Migunani” was conducted by PD KAFEGAMA Southeast Sulawesi in Mekar Village, Konawe, on April 4, 2026. The program aimed to distribute 50 basic food packages to underprivileged households, provide books and stationery to 50 students of SD Negeri 2 Bokori, and improve financial literacy among housewives. A participatory approach was applied through coordination with the village government, direct aid distribution, and andragogy-based training involving interactive lectures, group discussions, budgeting simulations, and question-and-answer sessions. The results showed that all program targets were achieved by 100%, accompanied by high participant attendance and enthusiasm. Support from village officials, the community, and KAFEGAMA members contributed significantly to the program’s success. The activity provided economic benefits, improved household financial management capacity, and strengthened collaboration among KAFEGAMA, local government, schools, and the community. Further annual implementation and continued mentoring are recommended.
