Background: Diabetes Melitus (DM) is a chronic disease with a steadily increasing prevalence and a risk of various complications. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be implemented is diabetic foot exercises. Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of diabetic foot exercises on reducing blood sugar levels in patients with DM. Method: This quantitative study used a quasi-experimental design using a pre-test and post-test approach without a control group. The sample size was 10 respondents using a total sampling technique. The intervention, diabetic foot exercises, was carried out for 30 minutes. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The mean blood sugar level before the intervention was 246.1 mg/dL and after the intervention was 202.9 mg/dL. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.005 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant effect. Conclusion: Diabetic foot exercises given to patients with DM are effective in lowering blood sugar levels during treatment. 30-minute session of diabetic foot exercises resulted in an average reduction in blood sugar levels.
