Hypertension management can be done pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically, one of which is through the consumption of celery juice and spinach juice which contain active substances that can lower blood pressure. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of celery juice and spinach juice on lowering blood pressure in hypertension patients. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study sample consisted of 27 respondents with a total sampling technique. The intervention was carried out by administering celery juice and spinach juice for 3 days each, with a 3-day break in between. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed a decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after the intervention in both groups with a p value = 0.000 (<0.05). It can be concluded that celery juice and spinach juice are effective in lowering blood pressure, with the effectiveness of celery juice being higher than spinach juice.
