Low-value plastic waste and limited urban land hinder community economic independence. This program aims to transform used gallons into productive assets through Green Economy innovation: integrated catfish-chili cultivation. Methods included participatory observation at the RW 04 Giwangan Waste Bank, container modification, and socialization through direct demonstration. Results show that converting used gallons is a land-efficient, economical, and applicable cultivation solution. The program successfully improved residents' technical skills and established a productive recycling ecosystem. The significance of this activity lies in its potential to reduce household expenses and create independent food sources. Synergy between the university and local institutions through this innovation provides a sustainable replication model to enhance community income.
