<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the level teacher participation in implementing guidance and counseling at at SDN cluster III Labuapi District for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used is quantitative descriptive with survey research type. The study population for this research was all class teachers at SDN Gugus III, Labuapi District, totaling 50 people. The data analysis technique used is the percentage technique. The results of this research show that the participations of teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling at SDN Gugus III Labuapi District is mostly in a very high category with a percentage of 82% from 50 respondent. 30 respondents or 60% were in the very high category while 20 respondents or 40% were in the high category. The result of the indicator that obtained the highest percentage was the indicator of understanding the students being taught (90%), while the indicator that obtained the lowest percentage was the indicator of introducing students and parents to the school situation (71%).]]>
