<![CDATA[The use of technology in education has brought new innovations, including in the preparation of teaching materials. One form of innovation is the development of technology-based E-Modules, which can increase the effectiveness and interactivity of learning. This article discusses the development of IPAS Learning E-Modules using RADEC-based Anyflip assisted by Mindmap for grade IV Elementary School. The research method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the developed E-Module was valid and practical to use in learning IPAS material on the Form of Substance and its Changes. In conclusion, this E-Module is feasible to use as an innovative teaching material in elementary schools and can be disseminated for use in various grades IV by paying attention to the needs of students.]]>
