This research aims to enhance the motivation and learning outcomes of 1st-grade students at SDN Mojokampung Bojonegoro through the utilization of Smart Board media in teaching the topic of communal work, employing the Teaching at the Right Level approach. The research method employed is classroom action research (CAR). Participants consisted of 1st-grade students at SDN Mojokampung Bojonegoro. The results reveal a significant improvement in both motivation and learning outcomes. In the first cycle, there was a 50% increase from the initial score, reaching 75% in the second cycle, and 100% in the third cycle. It can be concluded that the utilization of Smart Board media with the Teaching at the Right Level approach effectively enhances both motivation and learning outcomes of students in the topic of communal work.
