Abstract

Mangrove merupakan ekosistem yang khas dan memiliki fungsi penting secara ekologi, sosial-ekonomi, dan pendidikan. Luas kawasan mangrove di Kabupaten Purworejo semakin berkurang akibat adanya penebangan, permukiman, tambak,dan pertanian. Berkurangnya tegakan mangrove akan mempengaruhi keberadaan berbagai fauna yang berasosiasi dengannya. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-September 2016 untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman kepiting biola di kawasan mangrove Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah. Ada tiga stasiun, yaitu mangrove lebat (Desa Gedangan), mangrove sedang (Desa Jatikontal), dan mangrove jarang (Desa Ngentak). Dari penelitian didapatkan 7 jenis kepiting biola, yaitu Uca annulipes, U.crassipes, U.paradussumieri, U.rosea, U.tetragonon, U.vocans, dan U.vomeris. Indeks keanekaragaman kepiting biola di kawasan mangrove Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah pada stasiun 1 (1,67)dan stasiun 2 (1,90) tergolong sedang. Adapun indeks keanekaragaman kepiting biola di stasiun 3 (0,64) tergolong rendah. Kondisi lingkungan di seluruh stasiun relatif baik untuk kehidupan mangrove dan kepiting biola, yaitu suhu26-30°C, pH 6-8, oksigen terlarut 3,5-6,6 mg/L, salinitas 3-9 ppt, dan substrat lumpur berpasir. Vegetasi mangrove pada stasiun I adalah Rhizophora mucronata, Nypa fruticans, Sonneratia alba, dan Hibiscus tiliaceus. Vegetasi mangrovepada stasiun II adalah Sonneratia caseolaris, Rhizophora stylosa, N.fruticans, H.tiliaceus, dan Morinda citrifolia.Vegetasi mangrove pada stasiun III adalah S.alba, S.caseolaris, N.fruticans, dan R.mucronata. Kerapatan vegetasi mangroveberkaitan dengan kelimpahan jenis (kepadatan) kepiting biola.

Abstract

Ethics supervision of constitutional justices is an important issue for the development of ethics supervision system in the Constitutional Court, because the supervision of constitutional justices is a means of maintaining the independence and impartiality of constitutional justices, which is in fact the main pillar of an independent judiciary. In its development, there has always been a debate about the ethics supervision of the constitutional justices, whether the justices should be overseen externally or internally. This is because, juridically, the law does not regulate it clearly. Based on the above background, the research issues drawn are: (1) What is the significance of ethics supervision toward constitutional justices ?; (2) What is the system of ethics supervision of constitutional justices according to Indonesia’s current positive law, (3) How to reconstruct the system of ethics supervision of constitutional justices more optimally in the future? Based on the result of the research entitled “Reconstruction of Ethics Supervision System toward Constitutional Justice”, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Based on philosophical, juridical and empirical perspective, ethics supervision of constitutional justices has important meaning in order to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and the behavior of constitutional justices. (2) Based on the analysis of the evolution of the ethics supervision system, the result shows that the ethics supervision system toward constitutional justices which is always changing indicates that there is still no standard system as a guideline for the enforcement of alleged violation of ethics against the constitutional justices. Therefore, there is a need for normative reconstruction of the ethics supervision system toward constitutional justices through legislation. (3) The reconstruction of the ethics supervision system toward constitutional justices can be done through: a. Amendment to the 1945 Constitution by adding a new norm governing the provision on ethics supervision system toward constitutional justices, b. Amendment to the Constitutional Court Law.

Abstract

Bila anda seorang peneliti seyogyanya memiliki kehati hatian untuk memasukan jumlah variabel covariate. Hal ini disebabkan bahwa bila tidak ada kemampuan untuk mengontrolmua, akan mengaburkan makna hasil penelitian dan kesulitamn menafsirkan hasilnya.jumlah variabel covatiate yang dilibatkan tergantunf asumsi, teori, atau kerangka berfikir yang dikemukakan. Bila memasukan variabel covariate yang tidak  didukung oleh asumsi, dasar teori dan kerangka berfikir yang kokoh, akan membingugkan peneliti dalam menghilangkan pengaruh varibel itu. Metode analisis data eksperimen yang dilibatkan satu atau lebih covariate, penyerta variabel terika (Y) yang merupakansuatu gabungan disebut analisis Cavarians. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji disebut Analisis Covarians. Tulisan inibertujuan untuk mengkaji teknik pengntrolan efek efek variabel laten yang satu lengkap terhadap yang lain, dan pengaruh efek variabel laten terhadap variabel variabel yang diamati, variabel laten adalah suatu konstuk yang bersifat hipotesis, yang tidak teramati dan yang senyatanya diasumsikan dari variabel variabel indikator yang diamati.

Abstract

AbstractTriangulation   is  the  application  and  combination  of  several research methodologies  in the study of the same phenomenon. It can be  employed  in  both  quantitative(validation) and  qualitative(inquiry) studies,  a method-appropriate strategy of founding  the credibility  of qualitative analyses,  becomes an alternative to " traditional criteria  like reliability and validity"  and the preferred line in the social sciences.By  combining   multiple   observers,  theories,   methods,   and empirical  materials,  researchers can hope to overcome the weakness or  intrinsic  biases  and the problems  that come  from single method, single-observer, single-theory  studies.  There  are  four  basic  type  of triangulation:  data  triangulation,  involving time,  space, and  persons; investigator  triangulation,  which  consist of the use of multiple,  rather than  single  observers;  theory  triangulation,  which  consists  of  using more   than   one   theoretical   scheme   in   the   interpretation   of   the phenomenon;  methodological triangulation, which involves using more than  one  method   and  may  consist  of  within-method   or  between- method strategies.

Abstract

Pornography is anything that is created to cause sexual excitement or arousal. Most of us think of : erotic imagery that is considered obscene and Offensive. Pornographi (From Greek  πOpvoypaϕia pornographia - literally writing about or human sexual behavior with the goal of sexual arousal, similar to, but (axxording to some) distinct from. Erotica it also “prostitute” and “written material”. Which representations of the human body or human sexual behavior with the goal of sexual orusal, similar to, but human sexual behavior with the goal of sexual arouseal, similar to. But distrinct from, erotica though the two terms are often used interchangeably.Pornographi may use any of avariety of media – written and spoken text. Photos, sculpture, drawings, moving images (including animations), and sounds such as heavy breathing and sexually related sounds. Pornogaphic films combine moving images, spoken erotic text and/or other erotic sounds. While magazines often combine photos and written text. Novels and short stories provide written text, sometimes with illustrations, A live performance may also be called pornographic.Opposition to pornography generally, though not exclusively, comes from several sources : law, religion like mazhab wahabi and feminism there is no right to distribute obscene materials, child pornography is illegal. The determinatios of what is obscene is up to a jury in a trial. Most religious groups view pornography as immoral and the production and use of pornography contributes to immoral behavior in society. Feminist critics of pornography. They believe that most pornography eroticizes the dominations, humiliation and coercion of women, reinforces the domination, humilations and coercion of women, reinforces sexual and cultural attitudes that are complicit rape and sexual harassment, and contributes to the male centered  to the male centered objectification of women.

Abstract

Usia pertelevisian di Indonesia sudah cukup tua, padat ahun1962 lahir Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) yang dimiliki pemerintah. Tersebut dalam rangka peliputan pesta olah raga  Negara­negaraAsia (Asian Carnes) yang diselenggarakan diJakarta pada tahun1962. Sejak saat itu pula dunia periklanan di Indonesia mengalami perubahan dan perkembangan,  sebelumnya iklan hanyak dikenal mclalui media luar ruang,  surat kabar dan radio, kemudian menyusul iklan mclaluimedia televisi. Secara meluas iklan televise baru dimulai pada tahun 1976 di kota-kota besar. Di   pihak   lain banjirnya tayangan iklan dalam acara­acara TVRI mcmbuat pemirsa tidak nyarnan dalam nwnyaksikan acara­acara yang   disajikunnya,  karena selingan "siaran niaga terscbut. Kekhawatiran yang mcndasar adalah pengaruh iklan bagi perrursa TVRl,  yakni mcndorong perilaku konsumerisme masyarakat.
