This study aims to develop the Betang Teaching Module (Belajar Teknologi Menyenangkan/Fun Technology Learning) for computer extracurricular activities in elementary schools and to examine its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The research subjects consisted of material experts, media experts, language experts, teachers, and students at SDN 1 Gaung Baru. The instruments used included validation sheets, response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The results showed that the module had a very high level of validity, with percentages of 86.8% from material experts, 88.9% from media experts, and 84.7% from language experts. User responses indicated that the module was highly practical, with percentages of 94.3% from teachers and 93.1% from students. The effectiveness test results showed an improvement in learning outcomes, with N-Gain scores of 0.87 (small-scale trial) and 0.86 (large-scale trial), both categorized as high. Therefore, the Betang Teaching Module is considered valid, practical, and effective in improving elementary school students’ digital skills as well as literacy and numeracy abilities
