Technological developments have shifted the learning paradigm in elementary schools; however, low student learning motivation remains a primary issue due to the dominance of monotonous lecturing methods. This study aims to determine the role of Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) in increasing student learning motivation in Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning at SD Negeri 10 Sungai Nibuang. The method used is a qualitative case study approach with informants selected through purposive sampling, specifically the 4th-grade teacher and several students. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed to identify patterns related to student motivation in the classroom. The results indicate that the use of IFP is able to increase student learning motivation through the presentation of engaging visual materials, interactive touch-screen activities, and direct student involvement that makes learning more enjoyable and easier to understand. This study confirms that the IFP functions not only as a technological device but also as a pedagogical medium that supports active learning and social interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. The findings of this research encourage schools to continue integrating interactive digital media and provide adequate training for teachers to optimize the utilization of IFP.
