<![CDATA[This study examines the role of politics and education policy in improving the quality of human resources in the era of globalization. Globalization demands human resources that are outstanding, creative, adaptable, and capable of competing globally; thus, education is a crucial factor in shaping individual quality. This study aims to analyze how education policies are formulated and implemented in improving the quality of education and human resources. The study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model. Research findings indicate that educational policies such as curriculum reform, the digitization of learning, teacher professional development, and the Merdeka Belajar program play a crucial role in improving the quality of education. However, their implementation still faces various challenges, such as educational disparities, limited facilities, and lack of access to technology. Therefore, adaptive and sustainable education policies are needed to produce high-quality human resources who are globally competitive.]]>
