<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of fifth-grade students in science subjects. This condition is indicated by the results of the pre-cycle learning motivation questionnaire, which were still low: 47% in the indicators of desire and willingness to succeed, 58.8% in encouragement and learning needs, 50% in future hopes and aspirations, 56.9% in interesting learning activities, and 53% in a conducive learning environment. Students are considered successful if at least 80% achieve the “high” or “very high” category of learning motivation. In addition, teachers still use conventional methods such as lectures and rarely utilize interactive learning media. This study aims to describe the application of AI-based Canva learning media in fifth-grade science subjects at SD Negeri 2 Prambanan and to improve student learning motivation through this media. The study uses the Classroom Action Research method adapted from the Kemmis and McTaggart model. Data were collected through questionnaires and document studies. The subjects were 17 students of class VA at SD Negeri 2 Prambanan, consisting of 9 boys and 8 girls. The results showed an increase in learning motivation in cycle I: 89.4% for desire and willingness to succeed, 86.8% for encouragement and learning needs, 82.4% for future hopes and aspirations, 90.2% for interesting learning activities, and 85.3% for a conducive learning environment. Thus, the use of AI-based Canva learning media can increase the learning motivation of class VA students of SD Negeri 2 Prambanan in the subject of Science on the topic of the Environment Becomes Damaged.]]>
