This study aims to determine the effect of ladder drill training on the agility of female handball players in Probolinggo Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 10 female athletes selected through purposive sampling. The treatment was a ladder drill training program consisting of Lateral In-and-Out, Zig-Zag Hops, and Icky Shuffle, conducted for four weeks with a frequency of three sessions per week. Data were collected using the Illinois Agility Test and analyzed using the Paired Sample t-Test with SPSS version 25. The results showed a significant improvement in agility, indicated by a decrease in the average time from 20.47 seconds to 19.53 seconds with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Therefore, ladder drill training has a significant effect on improving the agility of female handball players in Probolinggo Regency.
