<![CDATA[In the era of modernization and digital disruption, challenges to the formation of students' religious character are becoming increasingly complex, while efforts to integrate local wisdom into Islamic Education curricula remain partial and normative. This study aims to develop a conceptual and applicable framework for integrating local wisdom and religious character into an Islamic Education curriculum that is contextual and relevant to contemporary needs. This research employs a library research method with a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach to examine relevant theories, policies, and findings to formulate strategies for culture-based curriculum development. The results indicate that local wisdom—such as religious values, independence, honesty, tolerance, and politeness—serves as a crucial moral foundation for shaping individual integrity amidst social change. This integration can be achieved through theme-based learning, teacher modeling, positive habituation, and the utilization of local traditions as meaningful instructional materials. This approach proves effective in transforming theoretical values into concrete behaviors, thereby producing a generation that is religious, possesses strong character and cultural identity, and is capable of adapting to contemporary developments.]]>
