Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the challenges and strategies that can be implemented in applying the concept of Islamic education from Al-Ghazali's perspective to the Millennial Generation. The research method is literature study (library), data obtained from books, journals, and articles published online. Data collection techniques by analyzing documentation and by analyzing documents that are relevant to this research. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results in this study indicate that there are challenges faced by the millennial generation in the modernization era. First, the fading of good manners, both on social media and in the neighborhood. Second, disgraceful behavior began to be considered reasonable. Third, neglect worship. There are methods that can minimize these challenges by implementing Islamic education from Al-Ghazali's perspective. 1) Method by way of giving punishment, 2) Methods by giving rewards or gifts. Each method which is an educational tool can be applied in today's modernization era.

Abstract

The purpose of evaluating islmaic education is to monitor the educational process. In this context, the goal of combining Islamic values with Islamic education and Islamic law must remain one of the highest goals of Islamic education. When it comes to making the core of the Islamic education process, the evaluation must be clear and comprehensible. This is important because the level of knowledgepf students is based on the assessment of Islamic education. Not only that, education has a great role in students to understand Islmaic education and some of the problems that students bring. According to the meaning of evaluation, he tried the level of success and failure in the process of Islamic education, including all it’s aspects and objectives. Several principles, methods and procedures should be followed when evaluating to achieve the best result. By conducting an evaluation of the learning outcomes test, the test will be examined so that from the results it can be seen which components of the teaching and learning process are still weak.

Abstract

Fenomena fluktuasi kurs mata uang dan inflasi selalu menjadi isu yang menarik dan mendapat perhatian serius pemerintah dan bank sentral suatu negara dalam menjaga stabilitas ekonomi. keterkaitan antara kurs dan inflasi tidak bisa pandang sebagai sesuatu yang biasa. Mengingat fluktuasi kurs dan inflasi adalah salah satu indikator kondisi perekonomian negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan jangka pendek dan panjang kurs dan inflasi di Indonesia untuk periode pengamatan Januari 2010-Desember 2019 dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 9 dan uji kausalitas Granger dan uji kointegrasi. Hasil penelitian didapati bahwa dalam jangka pendek tidak terdapat pengaruh kurs terhadap inflasi, sebaliknya inflasi berpengaruh terhadap kurs. Dalam jangka panjang kedua variabel kurs dan inflasi terdapat kausalitas.

Abstract

Education today emphasizes the development of 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. The Student Centered Learning approach is considered effective in facilitating the development of these skills by replacing the dominant role of the educator with a more facilitator-oriented role. This literature review aims to explain and analyze the 21st-century skills of educators in applying the Student Centered Learning approach to the subject of Islamic Religious Education. The results of the analysis indicate that the 21st-century skills of educators in applying the Student Centered Learning approach to Islamic Religious Education involve important aspects such as changes in the educator's role, the implementation of active learning strategies, the development of an inclusive learning environment, and the utilization of technology in Islamic religious education. Additionally, the research highlights the importance of adequate support and training for educators in developing these skills. This study provides a profound understanding of how 21st-century skills and the Student Centered Learning approach can be effectively applied in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. It can serve as a guide for Islamic Religious Education educators in designing relevant teaching strategies that meet the demands of the times and prepare students to face future challenges.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, like today, really supports innovation in various sectors. In the education sector, technology is an important aspect of supporting the effectiveness of the learning process. There is currently a change in education due to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, which influences the learning process. This research aims to analyze existing literature regarding the use of AI in the learning process as a modern educational tool in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This research used qualitative research methods, where information sources were obtained from literature analysis, case studies, and related sources. This information is produced in the form of descriptions and narratives regarding a change in the modernity of educational tools caused by the progress of the educational era. Research results show that the use of AI in 21st-century education paves the way for more adaptive, interactive and comprehensive learning approaches.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konstruksi berfikir logis dan kritis dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) abad 21 dengan fokus pada perspektif sesat pikir atau fallacy. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis kesalahan logika dan kritis yang mungkin muncul dalam konteks pembelajaran PAI serta dampaknya terhadap pemahaman konsep agama Islam. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis materi pembelajaran, respon siswa, dan strategi pengajar dalam menghadapi tantangan berfikir logis dan kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa sesat pikir seperti generalisasi berlebihan, penalaran tidak sah, dan argumentasi otoritas dapat menghambat pengembangan pemikiran kritis siswa. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi strategi pengajar yang efektif untuk mengatasi sesat pikir, seperti melibatkan siswa dalam diskusi reflektif dan memberikan latihan berpikir kritis terstruktur. Implikasi temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang lebih responsif terhadap perkembangan berfikir logis dan kritis siswa di era abad 21

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is an entrepreneur's effort to have a foundation in entrepreneurship. With entrepreneurial education, an entrepreneur can effectively solve business problems with solutions. This research aims to reveal the role of entrepreneurship education in ethnic Chinese family business succession. The research method was a systematic literature review (SLR) with 576 articles from the Scopus, Emerald, and Sage databases. Then, the articles were identified by inclusion and exclusion with a final number of 2 articles. The research results show that Chinese ethnicity provides opportunities for all their children to continue the family business because all children, both girls and boys, have the same rights in owning the family business. Preparing a successor to an ethnic Chinese family business starts with family entrepreneurship education, guiding potential successors,viting potential candidates to know more about the family business, and involving potential successors in their business activities. The limitation of this research is the lack of articles related to ethnic Chinese family businesses.

Abstract

Pengembangan BUMDesa merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan pemerintah untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta meningkatan perolehan Pendapatan Asli Desa termasuk juga bagi desa lemujut. Desa lemujut mempunyai BUMDesa yang sudah beroperasi dengan beberapa unit usaha yang ada diantaranya Unit usaha sewa menyewa kios, PAMSIMAS, Bank desa dan Pengelolaan TPS, dimana kendala yang dihadapi adalah  adanya belum adanya legalitas hukum dari BUMDesa lemujut. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu legalitas BUMDesa Lemujut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan metode empiris dengan pendekatan wawancara. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya penataan dan penyesuaian AD/ART, Perdes tentang BUMDesa dan tata lembaga BUMDesa sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Setelah dilakukannya penataan dan penyesuaian AD/ART, Perdes sesuai ketentuan hukum, selanjutnya dilakukan pendaftaran legalitas BUMDesa melalui system informasi desa kementerian desa dan terakhir adalah terbitnya legalitas badan hukum BUMDesa Lemujut yang dikeluarkan oleh kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Abstract Legal status of BUMDesa: Assisting BUMDesa Lemujud in Fulfilling Good Corporate Governance The development of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) is one of the government's strategies to enhance and boost the rural community's economy, including in Lemujut village. Lemujut village has an operational BUMDesa comprising various business units such as rental kiosks, PAMSIMAS, a village bank, and waste management. However, a significant challenge faced is the lack of legal status for the BUMDesa in Lemujut. The objective of this service is to assist in obtaining legal recognition for BUMDesa Lemujut. This research employs a juridical-normative method using a statutory approach and an empirical method involving interviews. The research findings involve the restructuring and adaptation of the Articles of Association and Village Regulations concerning BUMDesa, aligning them with legal provisions. Once the restructuring and alignment of regulations comply with legal requirements, the next steps involve registering the BUMDesa's legality through the Ministry of Village's information system. Finally, the issuance of legal recognition as a corporate entity for BUMDesa Lemujut is expected from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

Abstract

In general, this research is used to find out how Islamic education material is in the 4.0 era from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali. The method used in collecting data in this study is Library Research, which contains written sources from books, articles, or books relevant to this study's discussion. This study discusses the meaning of Islamic education material according to Imam al-Ghazali, the era of revolution 4.0, and the challenges of Islamic education material in the 4.0 era. Al-Ghazaki argues that the material aspects of Islamic education include faith, morals, reason, and social and physical education. These materials have been developed and adapted to the conditions of society in this era. According to Imam Al-Ghazali, there are also two ways to achieve Islamic education material: memorizing and mastering it in stages. Then there is also a conclusion that can be drawn from this research that in this digital era, Islamic education materials are needed to help achieve the desired goals of Islamic education. Abstract

Abstract: Risk management attempts to identify, analyze and control risks in every company activity to obtain higher effectiveness and efficiency. In Islamic Banks, operational risk is caused by 4 factors: HR, IT, internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze the operational risk management of mortgage financing products to minimize losses in Islamic banks. The type of research used in this study is Field Research, using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data and data sources were obtained from Islamic Banks. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses technical triangulation. Data analysis techniques use deductive methods. The research results concluded that the operational risk management applied to Islamic banks follows the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure). The operational risk management process for mortgage financing products starts with problem identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring, and risk control. The impact of operational risk management, primarily related to mortgage financing products, certainly has a very beneficial impact on banks because it will help companies achieve their goals, increase worker productivity, and help motivate employees. Keywords: Operational Risk Management, Mortgage Financing Products, Banking Abstrak: Manajemen risiko merupakan suatu usaha untuk mengetahui, menganalisis serta mengendalikan risiko dalam setiap kegiatan perusahaan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh efektivtitas dan efisiensi yang lebih tinggi. Pada Bank Syariah risiko operasional diakibatkan oleh 4 faktor yaitu faktor SDM, IT, internal dan eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko operasional produk pembiayaan KPR dalam upaya meminimalisir kerugian di Bank Syariah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Field Research (penelitian lapangan), dengan mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dan sumber data diperoleh dari pihak Bank Syariah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deduktif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen risiko operasional yang diterapakan pada Bank Syariah sudah sesuai dengan SOP (Standart Operasional Prosedur). Proses manajemen risiko operasional produk pembiayaan KPR dilakukan mulai dari identifikasi masalah, pengukuran risiko, pemantauan risiko dan pengendalian risiko. Dampak manajemen risiko operasional terutama terkait produk pembiayaan KPR tentunya memiliki dampak yang sangat menguntungkan bagi bank karena akan membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuan dan bisa meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja serta membantu memotivasi karyawan.
