This study is motivated by the rapid development of digital technology, which requires Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning to be more adaptive and innovative. PAI learning is not only focused on mastering religious materials but also on strengthening students’ digital literacy so they can understand and verify information critically and ethically. This study aims to describe the creativity of PAI teachers, students’ digital literacy skills, and the supporting and inhibiting factors of digital literacy-based learning at MA Negeri 2 Rembang, Central Java. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and document analysis. The results showed that teachers’ creativity was implemented through interactive digital media, learning videos, multimedia presentations, and online learning platforms. These strategies improved students’ digital literacy, especially in technical and participatory aspects. Supporting factors included school facilities, student enthusiasm, and teacher competency development, while the main obstacles were limited digital competence among some teachers and uneven internet access.
