This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by ecosystem diorama media on the IPAS learning outcomes of third grade students at SD Negeri Karangtempel Semarang. This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method and a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of 20 third grade students. Data collection techniques included tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using normality test, t-test, and N-Gain test. The results showed that the pretest and posttest data were normally distributed at a significance level of 0.05. The result of the t-test showed that was higher than , indicating a significant difference between students’ learning outcomes before and after the treatment. The N-Gain result was 0.708, which was categorized as high. In addition, students became more active and creative during the learning process. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning model assisted by ecosystem diorama media was effective in improving the IPAS learning outcomes of third grade students at SD Negeri Karangtempel Semarang.
