This study aims to improve students’ mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of the Think Pair Share learning model in elementary school. Mathematics learning often faces problems such as low student participation and lack of understanding of mathematical concepts due to teacher-centered learning methods. Therefore, an innovative learning strategy is needed to increase student involvement in the learning process. This research used a classroom action research method conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research were elementary school students. Data collection techniques included observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The results showed that the application of the Think Pair Share learning model could increase students’ learning activities and mathematics learning outcomes. Students became more active in discussing, exchanging ideas, and solving mathematical problems collaboratively. Thus, the Think Pair Share learning model is effective in improving students’ understanding and learning outcomes in mathematics
