The low level of students' mathematical reflective thinking skills is the primary background of this research, as evidenced by Indonesia's declining PISA scores and students' difficulties in solving contextual problems. This study aims to determine whether the mathematical reflective thinking skills of junior high school students who receive Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) integrated with Think Pair Share (TPS) are more effective than those who receive RME instruction alone. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The research population involved students of SMP Negeri 5 Mandalawangi, with the sample divided into an experimental class (RME integrated with TPS) and a control class (RME only). The instruments used were a validated mathematical reflective thinking skills test and a student response questionnaire. The results of the inferential statistical analysis showed a significance value (2-tailed) of <0.001, meaning that H0 was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the mathematical reflective thinking skills of students taught using RME integrated with TPS are more effective than those taught using RME alone. Furthermore, the questionnaire results showed an average feasibility percentage of 86.31%, indicating that students were highly interested in the implementation of the learning model.
