<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of learning facilities management on students’ academic achievement. The problem addressed in this study is based on the importance of managing learning facilities to support the teaching and learning process, which, however, does not necessarily produce optimal learning outcomes. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 36 respondents, and the data were analyzed using statistical tests, including descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing.The results indicate that Learning facilities management has a significant effect on students’ academic achievement, with a significance value of 0.036 (< 0.05). However, the contribution is relatively low, at 12.3%, suggesting that other factors play a more dominant role in influencing academic achievement. In addition, the negative direction of the relationship indicates a mismatch between the management of facilities and their implementation in the learning process. Therefore, more integrated management of learning facilities is required to optimally support the improvement of students’ academic achievement. ]]>
