This study aims to analyze the implementation of drill-based passing training in adolescent soccer players and its impact on basic technical skills. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that drill-based training is implemented in a structured and repetitive manner, which effectively improves the accuracy, strength, and consistency of players’ passing skills. In addition, players demonstrate increased confidence when performing passes. However, this method also has limitations, as it may lead to boredom and lacks representation of real game situations. Therefore, drill-based training should be combined with more varied and game-based methods to achieve more optimal learning outcomes.
