<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the intensity of using TikTok social media and the peer environment on the learning achievement of students at SMP Negeri 1 Siantar for the 2025/2026 academic year. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study was 259 students, with a sample of 158 students selected using stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and documentation of Social Studies (IPS) Mid-Semester Examination (UTS) scores. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially, the intensity of TikTok use had a negative and significant effect on learning achievement (t-count -8.131 > t-table 1.654), while the peer environment had a positive and significant effect (t-count 18.514 > t-table 1.654). Simultaneously, the intensity of TikTok use and the peer environment had a significant effect on learning achievement with an F-count of 284.139 > F-table 3.05. The R Square value of 0.786 indicates that these two variables contribute 78.6% to learning achievement, while the remaining 21.4% is influenced by other factors.]]>
