This study aims to analyze the contribution of the Guided Inquiry model with the Oxygen Circulation Simulator from HHMI BioInteractive to students' critical thinking skills on the Human Respiratory System material. The approach used is quantitative with a Quasi Experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of two classes of XI which were purposively selected as the experimental class and the control class. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 through the Independent Sample T-Test and simple linear regression. The results showed that the average post-test score of the experimental class (77.40 ± 10.54) was higher than the control class (61.98 ± 14.92), which indicated a difference in achievement between groups based on the results of statistical analysis. Furthermore, the results of the regression test showed a significance value of 0.005 with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.310. The regression analysis showed a positive linear relationship between LKPD scores and students' critical thinking skills. This indicates that the application of the Guided Inquiry model with the Oxygen Circulation Simulator contributed 31% to students' critical thinking skills. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Guided Inquiry model with the Oxygen Circulation Simulator contributes to improving students' critical thinking skills in the Human Respiratory System material.
