<![CDATA[This research aims to develop a Big Book learning media based on Batak Toba local wisdom for writing fiction and non-fiction text material for fifth-grade students at MIS Ulfa Khairuna. The study employed the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) development model. The research subjects consisted of 12 fifth-grade students. Data collection instruments included validation sheets from material and media experts, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and pre-test/post-test instruments. Results showed that material expert validation yielded 86% (Very Feasible), media expert validation yielded 88% (Very Feasible), and teacher response reached 90% (Very Practical). Student response averaged 85.08% (Very Interested). The N-Gain score average was 0.706 (70.58%), categorized as High, indicating a significant improvement in students' ability to write fiction and non-fiction texts. These findings confirm that the developed Big Book media, integrating Batak Toba local wisdom with digital technology (QR Code, Augmented Reality, and animated video), is valid, practical, and effective as a learning media for Indonesian Language in elementary schools.]]>
