<![CDATA[This study aims to analyse the efforts of SDN 20 Sungai Keli in establishing a service-based inclusive school through meeting the needs of educational stakeholders and strengthening religious tolerance. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that educational services at SDN 20 Sungai Keli are already quite good, as evidenced by adequate facilities, friendly and responsive teachers, and active communication with parents. The promotion of religious tolerance is carried out through interfaith activities, mutual respect, and the exemplary behaviour of teachers. Supporting factors include the headteacher’s support and cooperation between teachers and parents, whilst inhibiting factors include limited technological facilities and a lack of understanding of tolerance among some pupils. Consequently, SDN 20 Sungai Keli has the potential to become a service-based inclusive school; however, there is still a need for improvements to infrastructure and the continuous strengthening of character education.]]>
