Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of Bank Kalbar Syarih Singkawang Branch in attracting customers to use Mobile Banking services. This research, including descriptive qualitative research, with a total of 10 informants, describes situations or events that come from observations, interviews and documentation. The data sources used are primary data obtained directly in the field, secondary data obtained from books, the internet and previous research. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of Bank Kalbar Syariah Singkawang Branch in increasing Mobile Banking users is by means of a promotion strategy. This research shows that customers' interest in using Mobile Banking services at Bank Kalbar Syariah Singkawang Branch is influenced by internal factors and partly influenced by external factors.

Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in national economic resilience because they can become independent businesses that can increase people's income and welfare. On the other hand, fierce competition in today's digital era has encouraged the community and MSME business actors to be able to compete and develop their businesses through product digitization and business promotion. Advances in internet technology and digitalization have become solutions for business development and efforts to expand the market. This community service aims to: 1) introduce good MSME business planning and management, and 2) improve MSME business management skills through digital technology. PKM activities were carried out in Motoboi Kecil village, Kotamobagu City. The service is carried out using education and training methods through 1) counseling and development of business management, 2) demonstration of the preparation of business financial statements, and 3) training on digital marketing strategies through social media. The results of the activity showed that the participants' ability to plan and implement the business increased, as well as participants were able to understand and use digital technology, as a means of promoting their products on social media, increasing sales and business profits of MSMEs. Abstract

This paper aims to examine the application of constructivist theory in the learning process within the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at IAIN Pontianak and its impact on students' awareness of religious moderation. The research employs a library-based approach enriched by field investigations, including observation, interviews, and documentation. A descriptive method is used to analyze the implementation of constructivist theory in Islamic Religious education and its influence on students’ moderate attitudes. The findings indicate that constructivist-based learning not only enhances students’ theoretical understanding of religion but also fosters the development of moderate, inclusive, and tolerant attitudes toward diversity. By internalizing the values of moderate Islam, students are better equipped to resist extremist interpretations. The study concludes that the application of constructivist theory in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at IAIN Pontianak plays a significant role in cultivating students’ awareness of religious moderation, thereby preparing them to become educators who promote peace, tolerance, and social harmony.

Abstract

Siswa SMP dan SMA dikategorikan sebagai remaja karena berusia 13-18 tahun. Remaja adalah fase transisi dari usia kanak-kanak menuju usia dewasa. Peristiwa ini menyebabkan perubahan fisiologi, kecerdasan emosi dan sosial. Akibat tidak stabilnya kondisi remaja yang dipengaruhi perubahan tersebut maka kenakalan remaja rentan terjadi karena pencarian jati diri. Kenakalan remaja adalah bentuk penyimpangan hukum, agama, dan norma sosial yang merugikan diri sendiri atau orang lain. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan analisis isi terhadap 5 artikel relevan yang berhubungan dengan kenakalan remaja di Kota Pontianak. Bentuk kenakalan remaja yang ditemukan diantaranya perundungan, pornografi, ketidakpatuhan terhadap aturan sekolah, perkelahian antar siswa dan ketidakpahaman akan heterogenitas siswa. Pendidikan agama Islam berperan untuk mengembangkan kepribadian siswa tentang cara bersikap yang sebaik-baiknya agar tidak merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain. Sehingga siswa diharapkan dapat mendapatkan jati diri tanpa harus melakukan segala bentuk kenakalan remaja.

Abstract

تعليم مهارة الكلام او المحادثة هو تعلي م المهارة الثانية من تعليم المهار ة اللغوية الأجنبية ولها المشكلات في تعليم مهارالكلام منالناحية استخدام اللغة الأهداف والطريقة والوسائل التعليم. هذا البحث يبحث عن مشكلات في عملية تعليم المحادثة و علاجها في فصل الأول الثانوية. نوع البحث المستخدم هو البحث الكيفي بمدخل التصور. و جمع البيانات بطريقة الملاحظة و المقابلة و التوثيق. فاعل في هذا البحث هي مشرفة، قسم اللغة، مدبرة، و طالبات فصل الأول الثانوية. حصول من هذا البحث يدل على أن مشكلات في تعليم المحادثة هي لا تركزن بعض الطالبات عند تعليم المحادثة، لا تدبر المدبرة الطالبات بتدبير جيد و حسن، المنهج المستعمل غير متنوعة، قليل الوقت، و لا تستعملن المدبرة الوسائل و أما علاج لمواجهة مشكلات تعليم المحادثة هي إعطاء تشجيعا للطالبات و العقاب على من تلعب و لا تركز عند تعليم المحادثة، تعطي المشرفة التوجيهات على المدبرات لأجل استطاعتهن تدبير الطالبات عند تعليم المحادثة تدبيرا حسنا و دوام المراقبة من المشرفة و هؤلاء قسم اللغة، تأدية برنامج آخر لمساعدة تعليم برنامج المحادثة، تجديد المنهج المستعمل، تعقيد استعمال الوسائل لخير تعليم المحادثة.

Abstract

In order to meet the daily water needs of the Amohola Village community who currently rely on dug well water mixed with sediment and odor, community service has been carried out by the Mining Engineering Department of Halu Oleo University. The purpose of this service is to find clean water sources through groundwater exploration using the geoelectric method. Based on the results of groundwater measurements with the geoelectric method, it can be interpreted that the groundwater aquifer is located at a depth of 15-45 meters, with a low resistivity value of 371 ohm.m. This indicates that this groundwater layer can be considered a depressed aquifer, which is characterized by low resistivity. The low resistivity is likely caused by impermeable rock types such as clay around the aquifer. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the village government and community conduct groundwater drilling at a depth of 15 to 45 meters. By drilling at this depth, it is hoped that the Amohola Village community can gain access to a safer and higher quality clean water source for their daily needs. In the drilling process, it is also necessary to pay attention to technical and environmental factors to ensure the success of this project and preserve the local environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of work interaction between educators and education staff and their contribution to improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 10 Delta Pawan Ketapang. With a qualitative approach to field studies, data is collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed using thematic techniques. The results of the study show that open communication, participatory leadership of school principals, and a good understanding of each other's roles are the main factors in creating positive synergy. Education personnel not only carry out administrative functions, but also contribute directly to supporting the learning process technically and logistically. This synergy can be seen in various forms of work interaction, ranging from managing academic administration, scheduling lessons, to extracurricular activities, and handling emergencies. However, challenges such as miscommunication between units and differences in role perceptions are still obstacles that need to be managed systematically. This research suggests the need for regular cross-functional communication forums and collaborative training to strengthen synergistic roles in school governance. The practical and theoretical implications of this study confirm the importance of building mutually respectful and clarity-based working relationships to create a conducive school climate and sustainably improve the quality of learning.

Abstract

The success of an organization is influenced by many factors, one of which is employee performance. Meanwhile, employee performance is influenced by motivation and work environment. If motivation and work environment experience problems, it will affect employee performance. This study aims to test and determine the effect of motivation and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Sambas Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. The type of data in this study is quantitative with descriptive data analysis using primary data and secondary data obtained from the Sambas Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. The number of samples in this study were 51 respondents using nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling method. The sample taken from the respondent is the answer to the questionnaire from the respondent. The data analysis method used is instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 program, it is known that work motivation variables have a positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a tcount t value of 5.145> t table 1.677. work environment variables have a positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a tcount t value of 5.180> t table 1.677. Simultaneously, motivation and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination in this study is 66.3% and the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other variables not used in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to look at the paradigm of curriculum development in madrasas. The curriculum development should be able to answer the challenges and needs of 21st century learning. This type of research is qualitative with a literature study. Namely, by collecting various kinds of relevant scientific sources to be studied in depth regarding the topic of 21st century madrasas, as well as their development in Indonesia. The results of this study are; first, to face the challenges of the 21st century, madrasah education can relate to 4C-based PAI learning, critcal tingking, collaboration, communication, creativity. To prepare a generation that is superior, morally Islamic and able to compete both academically and non-academically. Second, the effective use of technology in 21st century Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning can integrate smoothly. This is done by utilizing teaching platforms and various supporting media that support Islamic Education learning. The use of technology can enrich learning content, support discussion and cooperation among students, and provide wider access to various learning resources. Thus, students can more easily understand Islamic concepts, apply the values taught in daily life, and develop 21st century skills.
