Sports culture is an important part of social life that influences the formation of character and individual behavior, especially among university students. Sports activities not only function as a means of maintaining physical health but also as a medium for learning social values such as discipline, responsibility, sportsmanship, and cooperation. This study aims to analyze the influence of sports culture on the formation of students’ disciplinary values through a literature review approach. The method used is a literature review by examining various journals, books, and scientific articles relevant to sports culture and disciplinary values. The results of the study indicate that sports culture has a significant contribution in shaping students’ disciplinary behavior through the application of rules, regular training routines, time management, and compliance with norms in sports activities. In addition, the sports environment can also build social awareness and individual responsibility in daily life. Therefore, sports culture can be used as a means of character education in higher education environments.
