This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Mobile Learning media on students’ learning outcomes in Science subjects for grade IX students at SMP Negeri 4 Takalar. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, each consisting of 22 students. Data collection techniques included learning outcome tests in the form of pretests and posttests, observations of student learning activities, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to identify improvements in student learning outcomes after the implementation of Mobile Learning. The results showed that the use of Mobile Learning had a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The average posttest score of the experimental class reached 82.27, while the control class only achieved an average score of 56.32. The learning mastery level in the experimental class reached 95.45%, while the control class only achieved 18.18%. In addition, student learning activities in the experimental class increased from 74.02% to 82.46%. The findings indicate that Mobile Learning creates more interactive, flexible, and engaging learning experiences, enabling students to better understand abstract science concepts. Therefore, the use of Mobile Learning media is considered effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in Science subjects for grade IX students at SMPN 4 Takalar.
