This study aims to develop procedure text teaching materials, describe the form of the product, and determine the feasibility level of procedure text teaching materials assisted by the Powtoon application for seventh grade junior high school students. The research method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) by adapting the Borg and Gall model, which was simplified into five main stages: needs and problem analysis, product design, product development, expert validation, and product revision. The research was conducted at SMP Swasta Eria Medan during the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year involving 17 seventh grade students as the subjects. The results of the study indicate that the product takes the form of an interactive audio-visual learning video integrating text, colors, animations, and audio instruments harmoniously. Based on the final assessment, the product obtained a material feasibility score of 85% (Very Feasible), a media feasibility score of 95% (Very Feasible), and a response score from the Indonesian language teacher of 83% (Very Feasible). Therefore, it can be concluded that the procedure text teaching materials based on the Powtoon application are highly feasible to be used as supporting media for digital learning at the junior high school level.
