The budget constraints faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises in accessing professional social media management services have created a significant structural gap within the digital creative industry. This study aims to design and implement a cloud computing- and artificial intelligence-based one-person digital agency model as an operational alternative to conventional agency structures for managing multi-brand social media campaigns. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through an implementative case study conducted during the period of March to May 2026. The operational system was constructed through seven integrated workflow stages, encompassing landing page access, brand onboarding, strategic mapping, AI-assisted content planning, content batching production, automated deployment and performance monitoring, and an evaluation and optimization loop, all of which were managed by a single individual within a technology-based ecosystem. Implementation results indicate that the system successfully managed 36 brands across various industries, producing over 113 content pieces, generating revenue of Rp11,375,000, recording organic audience growth from 900 to over 14,000 followers on one brand, and achieving 280 documented sales transactions. Operational cost efficiency exceeded 80% compared to conventional team-based agency models. This study concludes that the integration of lean structure principles, artificial intelligence, and cloud infrastructure demonstrably produces a measurable, adaptive, and sustainable digital agency system. Future research is recommended to examine model scalability across larger brand volumes and to develop a more standardized freelancer ecosystem curation framework.
