<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the importance of entrepreneurship development in Islamic educational institutions as an effort to improve the quality of creative, innovative, and independent human resources in the era of globalization and digital transformation. The problem of this study is the lack of entrepreneurial culture development in Islamic educational institutions due to the limited role of leadership in supporting entrepreneurship programs. This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in developing entrepreneurship in Islamic educational institutions, the strategies implemented, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with library research. Data were collected through documentation studies from various sources such as scientific journals, books, articles, and other relevant documents, then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results show that leadership has an important role in building an entrepreneurial culture in Islamic educational institutions through its functions as a visionary, motivator, innovator, facilitator, collaborator, and instiller of Islamic values. In addition, transformational leadership is considered effective in increasing creativity, innovation, and participation of school members in developing entrepreneurship programs based on Islamic values and digital technology.]]>
