The increasingly dynamic development of the workplace has raised greater attention toward work life balance and job stress levels, especially among Generation Z employees. This generation is known for prioritizing work flexibility, life balance, and a healthy work environment. However, high job demands in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies may increase job stress and employees’ intention to leave the company (turnover intention). This study aims to determine the influence of work life balance and job stress on turnover intention among Generation Z employees at PT Solomon Indo Global. This study employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population consisted of all Generation Z employees at PT Solomon Indo Global totaling 42 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were used as research samples. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings showed that work life balance had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, while job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, work life balance and job stress significantly influenced turnover intention among Generation Z employees at PT Solomon Indo Global. This study is expected to provide consideration for companies in creating a more balanced work environment and reducing job stress in order to minimize employees’ intention to leave the company.
